Terms of Service

Part 1.
1. Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the parties involved in the Oral Design Seoul Global Symposium (hereinafter referred to as the "Symposium"), hosted by Oral Design Seoul.

Article 2 (Official Operating Agency and Authority) Oral Design Seoul has delegated full authority regarding the Symposium to Amber & Forge (hereinafter referred to as the "Operating Agency"). Accordingly, the Operating Agency holds all rights and responsibilities related to:

Event planning and operation.

Sponsorship management.

Execution of all contracts related to the Symposium.

Financial administration and execution. Therefore, all agreements, including registration and payment, are legally binding between the User and the Operating Agency (Amber & Forge).

Article 3 (Registration and Membership)

The User applies for membership by filling out the registration form and expressing their intent to agree to these Terms.

The Operating Agency accepts the application unless there are false entries, omissions, or errors.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

The User must provide accurate information when registering.

Important: All major communications and registration confirmations are sent via email. The User bears full responsibility for any disadvantages caused by providing an incorrect email address.

Article 5 (Cancellation and Refund) Refund policies follow the guidelines announced on the registration page. All financial transactions and refunds are processed by Amber & Forge.

Article 6 (Disclaimer) Neither Oral Design Seoul nor Amber & Forge is liable for issues arising from natural disasters, force majeure, or the User's negligence.

2. Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information
Oral Design Seoul and its official operating agency, Amber & Forge, collect and use personal information for the Global Symposium registration as follows.

1. Items Collected Based on the registration form, we collect the following mandatory information:

Personal Information: Full Name, Date of Birth (YYYY-MM-DD), Nationality, Email Address, Mobile Number.

Professional Information: Profession type (Dentist, Dental Technician, etc.).

Employment Details: Company Name and Job Title.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

Identification of the registrant and management of symposium attendance.

Delivery of notices, registration confirmation, and event information.

Processing of payments and financial administration by the Operating Agency.

3. Retention and Use Period Personal information will be retained until the purpose of collection is achieved (e.g., event conclusion and administrative settlement). Afterward, it will be destroyed without delay.

4. Data Sharing Personal information is shared with Amber & Forge for the purpose of event operation and contract execution.
